RETURNS & EXCHANGES
It's a woman's prerogative to change her mind! We want you to love your item just as much as we do! We will gladly exchange or return full priced items within 14 days of delivery date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund. Exchange or store credit is offered up to 30 days after your purchase or delivery date.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Please visit our Customer Service page to start your return.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged. All jewelry, accessories, swimwear, & intimates are final sale.
All sale items, items marked "Final Sale" or items purchased with a promo code or discount with it cannot be returned.
Additional non-returnable items:

- Face masks
- Head/Hair accessories
To complete your return, we require a receipt, order number, or proof of purchase. Receipts are emailed to you. If you make a purchase at a pop-up event and choose to not provide your email information for a return, then you are not eligible to receive a return.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged, but we must be contacted within 7 days of the delivered date or date of in-person purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed & a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
If purchased by credit card, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
If you wish to exchange your item, we will replace items if they are defective or damaged, but we must be contacted within 7 days of the delivered date. If you need to exchange your item for a different size or item, please include that in your return request. If you would like to receive your exchanged items quicker, please purchase your new item and process your original order for a return and we will issue you a full refund to your original payment method per our usual return policy.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.
Shipping A Return
To return your product, please visit our Customer Service center to start your return. You will receive shipping instructions after the approval of your return request.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges are free of charge. We will email you a shipping label for you to send us back your order.
Depending on where you live, it may take additional time for your exchanged product to reach you. Shipping times may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If the item does not make it back to us, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
